We ordered an artificial tree – we have always put up a real tree but this year decided to get an artificial one. It is supposed to be delivered today. Tomorrow will be a decorating day. And I’m trying to finish my Christmas shopping. Now that Thanksgiving is over we can focus full time on Christmas! What are you working on right now? I was able to complete a My Digital Studio project for the boys (I’ll have to share it later) and a card design and get them sent to the printer on the last day of the Print sale. I’m working on some tags and treats for my class this month and preparing for Stamp Club this week – if it works out I have a cute snowman project for them this week. I have a couple of other projects on my table to try to get done. And then of course there is the decorating of the house and shopping to be done. Plus my team meeting this weekend.
Oh and late last night in the last few minutes of Cyber Monday I ordered a small sewing machine – it was kind of a quick decision to get that particular one. But I’ve been wanting to get one for quite some time. There seems to be a trend to sew on cards and scrapbook pages and I’ve been wanting to do that. I think this machine will be perfect for that – at least I hope so!

You can now add clearance item to any order – including workshop, class and club orders. We still strongly recommend that customers order clearance items on online orders or workshop orders via a hostess code to guarantee availability. Because clearance items are only available while supplies last, it’s possible that the item will not be available when the order is actually submitted, making it necessary for me to contact you so that you can find an alternate item or risk possibly affecting the hostess benefits.

I wanted to share with you today about an organization that I have recently learned about. It’s called Operation Stars & Stripes and a friend of mine is the President. And they are going to turn this – 60 packs of the 99cent Stampin’ Up! Fabric.

At Operation Stars & Stripes, Inc., our dedicated volunteers have been busy sewing stockings year round to prepare for our 12th annual, Operation Holiday Stockings Campaign. Thousands of stockings will be filled with highly-requested items and seasonal treats and sent to our service members overseas for the holiday season. Many of the troops decorate their otherwise austere living quarters with the beautiful handmade stockings and often bring them home to reuse year after year or give to their children. We were thrilled to learn about Stampin’ Up’s clearance rack fabric and know the troops will enjoy the lovely patterns offered by Stampin’ Up.
