Cute, Cute, Cute!  I made In-Color Owl Cupcakes for my Open House.  Looky – Looky……..

Aren’t they cute? I had to laugh when I uploaded the pictures and my photo editing software actually tried to to the automatic red eye fix and created an updated version of my picture!

The new Owl Punch is very cute – I made a whole bunch to add to my cupcakes.  The cupcakes have edible glitter on them that my friend Sue gave me.  I used the In Color Designer Series Paper pack – the Hostess Level 1 pack. I actually used a marker to make the little pupils for the eyes – I had so many on my table that I decided gluing on those tiny little punched circle was going to take way too long.  It was much easier to make all the owls look in different directions using the marker.  When I work with small punched pieces I like to use craft tweezers and a 2-way glue pen.

Everyone got to take home their owl – just pull it off the stick and then they can add it to a card or tag or something else.

My Open House was a whole lot of fun.  Be sure to come back on Monday for a fun blog game!
