I hope you have enjoyed the Product of the Week focus on the Rooted In Nature Bundle. Today’s card is the one I featured in my Facebook Live video on June 29, 2018. In the video I showed several tips on how to use the Stamparatus to create this card.
The Stamparatus works beautifully with the large background stamps. It’s easy to get full coverage from the stamp because of the precision placement that the Stamparatus offers. In the video you can also see how to get a partial background image. I share some tips with using grid paper – I just cut up used full size sheets into 7-1/4″ squares to fit in my Stamparatus. This card also uses the Nature’s Twine – which is a little too thick for me, so I untwisted it into three strands and just used one for the card. If you didn’t watch live on my FB Page you can watch it below on my YouTube link.
And here is the video. If you are reading this in an email you may need to click through to my blog or YouTube to see the video. And while you are there be sure to sign up for my YouTube channel so you know when I post a new one.

At my Catalog Kickoff event I had a display of all the brand new Stampin’ Up! Ribbons, Trims and Twine. I actually bought a roll of every one. And then I thought I should do a video to show them to everyone that couldn’t come to the kickoff or that doesn’t live local to me. They are so much better in real life than they are in the photos in the catalog. And while the video isn’t exactly real life – you can’t touch them – you can see them a little bit better than just looking at the little photo in the catalog.
I took a couple of photos after arranging them in rainbow order – I had all the like styles together while I shared them in the video.

I hope you like seeing all the new ribbon. Which one is your favorite?

I made another video! Really I did. I know they aren’t great but I’m working on it. I’m a slow talker so hopefully that helps you follow along. Today I have a video sharing a little trick that I did on this card that uses the Feathery Friends Hostess stamp set from the new catalog.
I created this card for a swap I was in and then also taught my Stamper’s Club how to make it. I used my Stampin’ Write Markers for coloring the flower including most of the new In-Colors – Powder Pink, Berry Burst, Fresh Fig and Lemon Lime Twist.
The trick comes in how I added the Black Baker’s Twine. So watch the video so you can see how I did that.
I hope you like this little card as much as I do. And you can earn the stamp set free when you host a party or place an order that qualifies for Stampin’ Rewards.

Today I have a video for you! Yes I really do. Hopefully you like it. I talk pretty softly and slowly so I hope not to bore you. I think it’s a cute project and it will show you how the new 2017-2019 In-Colors compare to the colors in our existing color families. It’s always good to see them against things you already have.
This was one of the projects my Stamper’s Club made this month. It’s a set of note cards and a tin to hold them all. It would be a nice little gift or use them yourself. Here is the video for you.
The stamp set is the Wood Words set which also has a coordinating set of framelits that on this project I only used for the little tag on the tin. They probably would have been cute stamping the images and cutting them out with the coordinating shaped dies. But that’s not what I did here – I just used the Stitched Shapes framelits and cut lots and lots of little squares.
Do you have your copy of the new catalog yet? Email me at monikastamp@comcast.net I’d love to be your Stampin’ Up! demonstrator if you don’t already have one.
If you are local to me you can pick yours up in my classroom during class, stop by, or at my Catalog Kickoff Party & BOGO Sale on Saturday, June 17 – visit my calendar HERE.
Hello! I created this cute project for Easter and decided to make a video to show how I made it. It’s not perfect – in fact I didn’t do any editing on the video at all – so sorry about the little outburst from the dogs in the middle. Hopefully I explained it enough so that it makes sense to everyone. Below I’ll include a list of the supplies that I used.
I had this project in my mind because of the little carrot in the Basket Bunch stamp set. Every Easter I buy these little chocolate carrots and wanted to make something combining them with the stamp set. I almost got upset when I couldn’t find the chocolate carrots at the store – I though oh no I finally have an idea and they have stopped making them! But I found them at my grocery store and when I went back yesterday they had even more than the first time I went. Anyway here is my little project –
I used part of the packaging that the candy comes in – it holds the carrot inside my little box. I explain that in the video but here are a few photos too.
Here is the video for you – I hope you’ll take a look and let me know what you think.

The Stampin’ Up! Holiday catalog will be starting soon. On September 1st to be exact. Yes it is time to prepare for the holidays but before we start looking at Christmas I wanted to take a quick peek at some of the Halloween products in the Holiday Catalog.
I am trying to start making some videos so that is what I have done for my peeks at this Holiday Catalog. I think I made 4 videos and I’ll share them over the next few days. The Holiday catalogs that were mailed out are starting to arrive in mailboxes now and I’ll be handing them out at my classes starting this week. Ordering won’t begin until Sept. 1st – so for now you just have to make a wish list!
I’m not totally comfortable doing the video thing so hopefully I’m not too boring. This one is just to give you a better look at some of the products – looking at the pages of the catalog doesn’t always give you the best impression.
I can’t show you the pages of the catalog yet – there are some more Halloween items – the ones in the video are the ones that I have purchased during the pre-order for demonstrators.
