This Halloween card was another swap card from convention. When I get home I’ll update with the creator – I don’t have that with me right now. This is a gate fold card that opens in the middle. The Skull image is on a piece that is attached only to the right side of the card. And tucks under the spider to hold it shut.
The stamp set is From the Crypt and the skull is embossed with Black. You could create the white part of the skull with a white gel pen, or use a bleaching technique. You could probably even “paint” on white craft ink. The little spide accent was also embossed in black.
Inside the card are the Spooky Treats rub-ons.
It is a really dreary day here in VA. But we stayed inside at the Craftsman Classic Arts & Crafts Fair. we walked around through all the vendor booths and did a little bit of shopping. We came home and stamped a little and now we are headed to dinner at the Melting Pot – I’ve never been there before so I’m looking forward to it. Have a great rest of the day!
