When I made the layout for my scrapbook class this week that had the butterflies I was really thinking that it would be perfect for the pictures from my mom’s birthday. So last night I made it again with different colors – I used Baja Breeze, Kiwi Kiss and Basic Gray to match the cake I made her. I had the pictures printed this morning and put them on my layout a little while ago. Here is the result:
I thought the title would be fun. Today is also the deadline for the Stampin’ Up! class challenge and at the last minute I did decide to enter again with this project. There were two challenge’s this month and I entered into the scrapbooking one. I spent the morning taking and editing the pictures of the layout and writing up the step-by-step instructions.

A couple of days ago I shared a sneak peek of one of the scrapbook pages from my class. I really love how it turned out. The layout is from a scrapbook magazine but I changed it to use all Stampin’ Up! products of course. The new Beautiful Butterlies Die for the Big Shot is one of my favorite! I used the Delicate Dots Designer Series paper from the Sale-A-Brations brochure one more time. I hope you like it.

This beautiful card was created by my friend Jeanne from California. It was her swap card at the leadership conference.
The stamp set is called Bella’s Bloom. The colors she used are Rose Red, Pink Pirouette, Kiwi Kiss and Whisper White. The Designer Paper is the Raspberry Tart paper. The stamped image was inked with Stampin’ Write Markers – Rose Red, Regal Rose and Old Olive. The embellishments include the silver brads and the Kiwi Kiss Striped ribbon.

– one is the Dormant List – these are stamps sets that are still available for order but are not shown in the Spring-Summer 2009 Idea Book & Catalog. You can look them up in an older catalog or look them up on my website in the online store.
– the second is Catalog Corrections & Write-ins – these are corrections to the catalog found after they were printed or write-in items that are availabe for purchase but aren’t in the catalog.
Here is a card featuring a new stamp set that will be available in the Occasions Mini Catalog that starts on April 1st. The set is called Sense of Time and is part of Shelli’s Signature Collection. For this card I used Basic Grey, Baja Breeze and Very Vanilla. I used several of the circle punches – 1-3/4″, 1-3/8″, 1-1/4″, and 3/4″. The ribbon is Basic Gray Tafetta Ribbon and I also added a silver brad. I did do some sponging around the edges in the Baja Breeze In-Color. This was my swap card for the STARZ group meeting.
We had internet trouble last night and I’m having some computer issues today – my new computer is not working and I’m using my old computer to access the internet. I can’t access some of my email either – so if you don’t hear from me you may want to send it again. My calendar is on my computer too – oh no, that’s not a good thing – I do need to have access to that….I hope Greg can get it working when he gets home today.
