There are less than three weeks left of Sale-a-Bration. Did you already get your favorite items for Free? One of the Level 1 choice is the beautiful Lots of Lavender stamp set. It reminds me of the Lavender farm that we visited last summer. We were on San Juan Island in Washington, State.
For today’s project though I decided to use Berry Burst for the flowers and I think they came out pretty too.
I created a box out of Berry Burst card stock added the Berry Burst Metallic Edged Ribbon and finished with a tag. Inside the box I used the Sweet Soiree Ready Shreddie – Crinkle-cut shredded paper that perfectly matches my box.
The outline image is stamped in Black, the flowers in Berry Burst, the leaves in Old Olive and the ribbon in Soft Sky. I added Wink of Stella over the flowers but you can’t really see it in the photo.
I also used the Celebrate You Thinlits Dies to cut the Celebrate out of Silver Foil. The dies are a Level 2 Sale-A-Bration choice. It’s tied on with some Soft Sky Baker’s Twine.

I wanted to share a recap of my Bubble Over Bingo event at the end of January. It was so much fun! I had a full house with all 12 seats in my little classroom taken. Everyone had fun playing Bingo games and making their projects. I also made everyone a little table treat for when they arrived and a little thank you gift. Everyone had a goody bag with the Bubble Over stamp set, Glitter & Clear Epoxy Shapes and supplies for their projects. The prize winners also went home with additional goodies – like the Bottles & Bubbles Framelits Dies, card stock packs, ribbon, Bubbles & Fizz Designer Paper and more. Everybody went home with something fun. I hope you’ll join me the next time I have a Bingo event.

They were fun to make. Everyone also made three different cards using the Bubbles & Fizz bundle of products. I’ll share those in another post since this one is getting long. I’ve been planning to blog all week and I just haven’t gotten to it. My house is a total disaster. We are doing renovations – a lot! It’s a project that started a couple of months ago to replace our dining room table and our sofa. It has grown to so much more and I’m so ready for it to be done. Every room in my house has been impacted. If there isn’t work going on in that room then the room is full of stuff from the other rooms. My poor dogs are so confused. And please don’t open any closets – they are filled right now. I think this is why people move after a certain period of time – it’s too much trouble to do all this work and live in the house with your stuff. We have lived in this house for 24 years now. And we will stay here for a long time.
I hope you are having a great week. I know around here the kids are happy – school holiday on Monday, and weather related school closures Wednesday – Friday. Yes they had a 1 day school week. The weather is making our renovation project stretch out – I had really hoped today they would be done and out of here. But they will be back next week…….
