raspberry-tart-bagsWhile I was visiting my mom over Spring Break I made her a bunch of these Raspberry Tart Beach Bags.  She is going to use them to give to all of her friends next month when they have lunch toghether.

I learned how to make these last year and they are the cutest bags.  You could adjust the size of your paper and make them shorter or shaped differently.  The bottom is a piece of card stock that is made into a square shaped box bottom.  Then attach the Designer Series Paper to the outside of the box bottom.  I added a strip that had been scallopped with the Scallop Edge punch to the outside of the base of the bag.  Punch out two Round Tab punches to creat the tabs at the top – attach with sticky strip so they don’t come loose.  Punch with the crop-a-dile and tie coordinating ribbon through to hold the bag shut.  Decorae the front with punched flowers and brads or leave it plain.  They didn’t take long to make.  Now my mom has to decide what to put in them!

Have a great evening – I’ll be back tomorrow.
