Have you seen the new Envelope Punch Board from Stampin’ Up!?
Look what I made!
A fun Halloween envelope using the Witches Brew Designer Series paper. It was so easy. Find your card size on the board, cut your paper to the correct size, put it on the board at the indicated scoring line – punch, score, turn, punch, score, turn, repeat two more times. You can corner round the ends and then fold it up.
And then you can make this cute matching card to go inside
It’s a File Folder style card and see the little tabs at the top – those were made using the envelope punch board! Now these are fun little cards to make. I saw this idea on several other demo blogs – I found multiple videos on how others made these.
I used the Halloween Happiness stamp set for this card – here are a few tips for you:
- add the Witches Brew Designer paper to the front of the card before cutting the tabs with the envelope punch board.
- ink the stamp in Tangerine Tango ink, use a q-tip or blender pen to remove the ink from the stems and the words, then use a Garden Green Stampin’ Write marker to add color to those, huff and stamp
- cut out after you stamp with the Label Framelits
- The ribbon is the 7/8″ Cotton Ribbon – I cut it in half and let it fray on the edges
Fun, fun – really it was fun. I need to make some more cards of this style.
I’m finishing up the projects for my Cards that Move class tomorrow – so I have to get back to that. Thanks for stopping by today. I know several people ask for more information on the clear case mini scrapbook I posted a week or so ago and I’ll have another post soon with some more details on that.
See ya later!
