I’m going to continue with the Trick or Tweet projects hopefully next week and try to do the FB live for those at that time. Right now I need to take care of Aspen.

I originally planned to do a FB live today (Wednesday at 3:00 pm) but my little Aspen isn’t feeling well and I had to take him to the vet this morning. He is still there and I’m waiting on an update so I don’t want to tie up my phone with the live today. I am now planning to do the live on Thursday at 3:00 pm. For now here is another little project in honor of my sweet little Aspen. I wouldn’t call it fun but he did give me a scare – I’m still waiting on some news though.
The little dog on the Trick or Tweet set is all dressed for Halloween. I found the perfect candy at the store to match – Lemon Lime Twist, Gorgeous Grape and Pumpkin Pie. It was the Ghoulish mix from the M&Ms. Since we don’t have a Lemon Lime Twist Blends I did use the Granny Apple Green to color in the cape and band on the hat.

I think I love all the little animals in the Trick or Tweet stamp set. The first one that I actually played with though was the little elephant. I’ve collected elephants since I was a little girl so this was one I was naturally drawn to.
There are several new Holiday Catalog products on this card – the Trick or Tweet stamp set, the Corrugated Dynamic Textured Embossing Folder, the black glittered ribbon and new Stampin’ Blends in Blackberry Bliss. I thought it turned out to be a fun card.
I also wanted to remind you to be sure to use your Bonus Coupons before the end of September. If you earned them in August you have this month to use them.

All week long I’m going to be featuring this adorable stamp set from the Stampin’ Up! Holiday catalog called Trick or Tweet. It’s a cute little Halloween stamp set with animals dressed up in costumes – a dog, a cat, an elephant, and a little chick. They are so cute!
Today’s project was one that I created after finding Glow in the Dark candy at the store. Well the candy doesn’t glow in the dark but the wrappers do. So I wanted to use our clear tiny treat boxes with the candy inside. If you leave it out in the light it “charges” up the wrapper so that it will glow later in the dark. And the wrappers are a perfect match to our Lemon Lime Twist color!
I cut a 2″ strip of Lemon Lime Twist card stock and ran it through the Big Shot inside the new Corrugated Embossing Folder. I put that inside the Clear Tiny Treat box to fill the space around the candy inside the box. The little chick was colored with the Stampin’ Write Markers. Tie the ombre ribbon around the box and then add the finished tag.
