Hi All! Sorry I missed you yesterday – I just didn’t get a chance to write up a blog post. I spent the afternoon with a wonderful group of ladies sharing with them what Stampin’ Up! is all about. Everyone seemed to have a good time and I hope to be back in a month or so to do a card class for them.
Last week we went to the Ronald McDonald House to stamp. This month’s card was designed by Linda (she is in the red shirt). Every month we take turns designing a card and preparing the supplies for that month. Right now there about 5 of us – Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators taking turns. Linda, Joyce and I usually ride together and we have been getting creative with our route – due to it being rush hour traffic we end up getting stuck right near the exit that we have to get off on. And this last time the traffic was the worst it has been yet – traffic on I-285 was all the back up past the Chattahoochee River – so I decided to dig deep in my memory banks and pull out the GPS and find another route. It turns out that worked so well we may have to go that way every time.
We arrived just in time and they were ready and waiting for us – usually we set up why they finish dinner but this time they beat us to the table. And everyone that participated enjoyed getting creative with their cards. Here are few pictures of our visit this month.
Have a great day! Kyle is home. I picked him up last night after my workshop. We are spending today going to various appointments for him and running errands – we had a short break in between so I’m writing this real quick – now we are off again.
Spring Bingo pieces – here are the next two (and I’ll be back to posting one a day after this).
Looks like a great time. It is sooo cool that you all do this for them!
