The other day I shared a card using the Garden in Bloom stamp set using Crushed Curry and today I have another card for you using the same stamp set. This time I used some pinks – Blushing Bride and Watermelon Wonder. I received a swap card at convention and loved it so much I wanted to recreate it.
I’m not sure you can see the background but the large outline flower was stamped with VersaMark ink and embossed with clear embossing powder. In real life it’s a nice background – just hard to see in a photograph.
This card then uses the little flowers and leaves and the two step stamping – I used the same color for both the outline and inside of each flower – just stamp off on scratch paper for the flower first making it a shad lighter. I love the little touches of bling – the silver thread and the Rhinestones. This was one of my favorite swap cards that I received at convention this year.
Here is what I did with the inside –
Thanks for stopping by today.
