I have another bluebird update for you.  I knew it would be any day that the baby bluebirds would fledge and as it turned out it was today – Saturday morning!  I let Aspen out this morning and noticed the mom and dad bluebird chasing everybody out of the yard – the other birds and they even flew after Aspen.  I noticed something rustling in the bushes so I got Aspen back in grabbed the camera and started watching.  There was a little baby behind the bushes – she must have been the slow learner – so I spent the next little while watching her as she tried to fly.  Here are some pictures.

She got down and spent some more time hopping through the bushes.

baby 1 – I got up on the fern – yeah me!

baby 1 – I made it up to the steps – hey I’m looking at you!

baby 1 – I’m going to get up these steps – I know I can – I know I can.

baby 1 – here I go up the steps!

baby 1 – mommy I found you! I’m trying mommy did you see me?

That was the journey of baby nbr 1 as I watched.  I also found the other babies up in the trees here are some pictures of them.
