I’m sharing a sneak at one of the cards we will be making for my Baker’s Twine class on Friday. I will be teaching some fun ways to use baker’s twine and this is just one. I used the Color Challenge for this weeks Create with Connie & Mary Thursday challenge to give me my colors. I used the Baker’s Twine two different ways on this card – can you see them both? I’m going to try to shoot a video to show how I made the strip and hope to post it later next week.
All the supplies are listed below – come play along with us this week and lets see what you can do with these colors. I can’t wait to see what you create. Visit Create with Connie & Mary and submit your creation for this weeks challenge – each week 3 top creations are selected. Each challenge is open for a week. And then a new challenge will be issued.

What a super cute and creative card! I love the idea of the punched circle to highlight the focal point! I look forward to seeing the video of how you used the baker’s twine! Clever!!!
crossing fingers that I can actually create and edit the video. I have a different one that I am trying to edit so I can post it.
What a creative use for the Baker’s Twine! Love the texture it gives!
I used the twine twice all though it is literally only on the card once. Tricky.
Love the use of the twine… things like that always add that little extra “what was it missing” touch!! TFS!!
Love the punched circles…draws your eyes right in! I’ll be back to see how you did the twine technique!
